LAST Thursday saw the continuation of the Okehampton CC Summer time trial series.

On a dry humid evening ten riders turned up from around the area to ride the ten mile course which traces the old A30 road from Bridestowe to Lewdown and back.

Andy Retter  took advantage of the fine conditions to record a time of 26.19 followed by Mike Cory on 27.09. 

Young Ben Kerwin was third with 27.43 and chipped another few seconds off his personal best time

Last Sunday club members Mike and Jacky Rice took part in the Penzance Wheelers open ten mile two up  time trial at Probus and came away with the first mixed team prize.
