RESIDENTS are being asked for their views on the services they receive from Torridge District Council.
Torridge and Teignbridge District Councils have been sharing a chief executive and have instigated joint working practices over the past 12 months, saving tax payers more than £70,000 in chief executive salary costs.
Now, staff want to find out what people really think of the service they are receiving from the council, and whether they are getting value for money.
Anybody already on the council's citizens panel will be sent a questionnaire, but anybody else can get involved by visiting http://www.torridge.gov.uk/consultation">www.torridge.gov.uk/consultation or pick up a copy from council offices in Bideford, Holsworthy and Torrington. Alternatively, to be sent a copy, telephone 01237 428700.
