FOR the third year running the Okehampton Zumba fitness class are throwing a special class to raise money for charity.

The Party in Pink invites people to come along dressed in pink and take part in the dance class, with all proceeds raised from class fees and a raffle going to Cancer Research UK.

This year's event takes place on Monday October 31 at North Tawton Town Hall, the home of the group's newest zumba class, from 7.30pm.

The class started in North Tawton back in September, following the success of the class in Okehampton, which started around 18 months ago.

Zumba is a latin-inspired dance fitness programme that involves elements of aerobics. Choreography integrates many different styles of dance, including samba, salsa and belly dancing.
