A FAMILY entertainer from Okehampton will be treating his fans to a live show online on Easter Saturday morning.

Rob Pudner of Entertainingly Different has seen many of the Easter events he usually attends cancelled.

But he will still be making people of all ages smile with his live show on Saturday Facebook from his back garden in Church Meadows.

It follows his first virtual show at the same time last Saturday (April 4) which was well-received by children and mums and dads alike.

‘It was completely new and different for me because I am so used to interacting with a live audience but I really enjoyed it and didn’t take too much persuading to do it again,’ he said.

‘I had 5,000 people watching it when I posted it and another 4,000 plus who have watched the video since.

‘My aim is to raise people’s spirits at the current time.’

Rob has previously performed his ‘Rise and Shine’ show at festivals including Beautiful Days and the Dartmoor Folk Festival.

‘I’m an interactive performer, so that has been the hardest part but people have been sending me videos of their families joining in,' he said.

‘It is wonderful to see mum and dad and a couple of children standing in front of their TV all jumping around to my silly songs and dancing.’
