Food hygiene ratings handed to two Torridge establishments

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Torridge’s pubs, bars or nightclubs, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Blacksmiths Arms, at 23 Torrington Street, Bideford, Devon was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on January 6.

And Beaver Inn Appledore Ltd, at The Beaver Inn, 85 Irsha Street, Appledore, Bideford was given a score of three on December 14.

It means that of Torridge's 91 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 75 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
