Great day for Martin at Okehampton medal

AT Okehampton Golf Club on Saturday a large field contested the November Medal — albeit one day early.

The course was in great condition and the scores reflected this. Best score of the day and winner of division three was Martin Jewell with a nett 60.

The winner of division one was Barry Down from Andy Shapland

Second, and Mark Wonnacott third, who all finished with a nett 64. Division two was won by Paul MacDonald with a nett 66. Second was Graham Mitchell and third Ted Boswell both with nett 67s.

In division three following Martin Jewell who won was Mark Quick with a nett 61 followed in third by Ron Copeland with a nett 62.
