DARTMOOR National Park Authority has published a consultation draft of its ‘Statement of Community Involvement’.

This document sets the main ways in which the authority can engage with communities, business, organisations and individuals around planning. The statement of community involvement (SCI) sets out plans for involving the public in considering planning applications and preparing the Local Plan for Dartmoor National Park.

The authority would welcome comments on the SCI which can be made by using the form on the website, via email or post.

If you would like to make any comments please ensure the authority receives them by 4.30pm on Friday, October 16.

All comments received will be considered and any necessary changes will be made before the SCI is considered for adoption.
