IN wet, windy and muddy conditions North Okes played well with 90% of the possession although this was not reflected in the score.
This was very much a cup game dominated by the forwards on both sides. Callum Pillivant opened the score for Oke with a try that was a good example of ball carrying by the forwards and then went on in the second half to score another try.
Josh Bickley tackled ferociously and made his presence felt all around the park. Will Cooper played well at fly half and took a pop pass from Billy Searle to cross the line. Ike Francis scored a try right underneath the posts which made the conversion easier in blustery conditions. Zach Ponsford had a couple of lovely runs and it was great to see the team supporting and encouraging each other.

THE pace was fast and furious from the outset. North Okes played well as a team with committed tackling, rucking and passing.
North Oke's Billy Searle had his best game of the season for ball distribution; he scored one try and kicked one conversion. Tries came from Connor Vincent, Ryan Lee and Callum Pillivant. Will Cooper had some good runs onto the ball at pace. Alfie Hawker also crossed the line to score. Zach Middleton stole the ball and got the ball moving out wide. Callum Barber tackled well while Matt Baker had another solid game with committed tackling and some good runs onto the ball. Kyler Burns played well at full back and showed good pace.
