A PARTIALLY SIGHTED artist who has lived in Scotland for a number of years has relocated — toOkehampton.
Yvonne Dolloway suffers from a rare form of macular disease called Doyne's dystrophy. The condition leads to the progressive loss of central vision for sufferers, and Yvonne has no central vision. She donates some of her artistic works to the Macular Disease Society, who sell them to raise money for the charity.
She has exhibited in Aberdeen and numerous locations in Scotland, as well as the Menier Gallery in London.
As well as a forthcoming exhibition in southern France, her work can be found in collections as far away as Australia, the United Arab Emirates and across Europe.
She is currently exhibiting from her home in North Street while trying to find studio and gallery space in Okehampton.
