THE 19 members of Okehampton Running Club who ran the London Marathon have just about recovered, and many are now busy counting up the money raised for their chosen charities.

The group looks to have raised more than £9,000 for a number of different charities, and the club has expressed thanks to all the coaches and runners who helped the team get to the starting line, particularly Gavin Punchard, who writes the training programs for all of the running groups.
