THE Beaver Scouts in Okehampton are appealing for donations of toys in good condition for a toy sale to raise funds for Save the Children.

The toy sale will be held as part of a Scout coffee morning in the town’s Charter Hall on Saturday, December 9 from 9.30am.

Toys can be dropped into the Scout Hut on Wednesday evening, December 6 from 6pm.

They can also be donated at the Okehampton Photo Centre in The Arcade anytime before Friday, December 8. The photo centre is open from 9am-4pm on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday.

The Beaver Scouts are open to boys and girls aged from 5 ¾ to eight years old.
