THERE have been several recent incidents involving criminal damage to motor vehicles and dwellings.

A Vauxhall Vectra parked in Ashleigh Road, Okehampton, had substantial damage on Friday October 23, between 4am and 4.30am. Crime ref JO/09/845.

A motor vehicle parked in Crediton Road, Okehampton, was damaged on Monday October 26, between 8pm and 7.20am. Crime ref JO/09/856.

A property in Berryhall Close had a window damaged on Sunday November 8 between midnight and 12.30am. Crime ref JO/09/880.

l Two burglaries were committed in the Square, Chagford, overnight on November 18, at Blacks Delicatessen and Moorland Dairy. Entry was gained and money and food items were stolen. As a result of the burglary and unauthorised entry into a Moorland Dairy refrigerator, a significant amount of produce has had to be destroyed.

l A hand-painted wooden sign of a Dartmoor scene was stolen from outside a business premises in West Street, Okehampton, between November 14 and 18. Crime ref JO/09/899.
