PUPILS at the Clinton C of E Primary School at Merton had to design and make a Tudor house and Tudor boat as part of a homework project aimed at getting children and parents
together.
Members of the key stage 2 class, which has been studying the Tudors this term, had to submit a set of instructions showing the materials used and how their project was made.
All 30 children completed the project on time with amazing results.
Year 5 pupil Ethan Woodhouse won best house overall, Maisy Chapman won best Year 5 boat and Jabez Kent won best instructions for Year 4. Jabez created a Powerpoint presentation with photos showing each carefully planned instruction.
All projects are on display in the school's entrance and can also be viewed by visiting the school's website: http://www.thetarkafederation.ik.org">www.thetarkafederation.ik.org and clicking on 'Waves'.
