THE annual charity Bridestowe Ram Roast takes place this Saturday (August 6). 

The ram roast promises an afternoon of traditional family fun on Bridestowe Village Sporting Green from 1.30pm, with all proceeds for Bridestowe Village Hall. 

All the ram roast favourites will be there, including the beer tent, barbecue, Punch and Judy show, duck races, children’s races, cakes and cream teas, bouncy castle, egg throwing, tug o’ war, plus many local charity and community stalls as well as the usual side stalls.
