A SECOND trip to London to see the play War Horse by West Devon-based author Michael Morpurgo is being organised, due to a successful previous visit.

The play is based on the village of Iddesleigh. It includes a Hatherleigh Market scene and focuses on the Western Front in world war one.

The popular play has received positive reviews and is set to be transformed into a blockbuster movie directed by Steven Spielberg. Filming is scheduled to start this summer.

The coach trip will be leaving Hatherleigh on Saturday, March 6 and will return on the Sunday, March 7 and cost £185 each.

This covers the cost of the journey and a night in the Hilton London Metropole four star hotel for two people, and also includes tickets for the show itself.

There are currently 18 seats remaining on the coach.

To book a seat and for details of times, etc, phone Dennis Bater on  01409 231573.
