Staff from the Okehampton and Holsworthy branches of Waitrose battled strong winds and rain to complete a sponsored bike ride along the Tarka Trail recently.

The route was from Bideford to Braunton and back, a total of 32 miles, and the hardy riders raised the splendid total of £668, which has been presented to Devon Air Ambulance.
