TICKETS to the final show of Okehampton-based Get Changed Theatre Company's biggest ever project are now on sale. The 'Raise the Roof' show at Castle Drogo is the culmination of the Get Changed Makes History project, the most ambitious in Get Changed's history. A collaboration between the National Trust and Get Changed, the project has offered visitors to Drogo the opportunity to experience three very different projects by the group. These include installations inspired by the First World War, the eleven ages of man, and the history of the castle itself. Raise the Roof looks to also tell some of that history. Using a number of performance spaces around the castle, the audience, initially managed in small groups, will be guided around the castle experiencing intimate and interactive scenes created with drama, dance, film, mime, still image and more. These scenes will chronicle the castle's rich history, offering a dramatic portrayal of its affluent past as the story unfolds. The shows run from Thursday, September 4 to Sunday, September 7.
