A Torridge restaurant has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Emma's Sandwich & Snack Bar, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 21 Butchers Row, Bideford, Devon was given the maximum score after assessment on January 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Torridge's 115 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 100 (87%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
