WEST End star Chloe Hart will make an appearance at Sampford Courtenay Village Hall this month.

The village hall committee knew they were on to a winner when they managed to book Jerri Hart, trumpeter, singer, film maker and stand up comedian for an evening of song and laughter to raise money to improve the facilities of the hall.

However, in a nice surprise to the committee, Jerri asked if his daughter Chloe could perform with him. Chloe recently starred in the West End production of Hairspray as Tracey, and has also had West End roles in Les Miserables and Wicked.

Chloe is scheduled to perform at a concert the day after her father performs at Sampford Courtenay, and so she decided to join him during his performance.

The show is at 7.30pm on Friday, March 14. Tickets cost £7.50 and are available from the New Inn in Sampford Courtenay or by calling 01837 851659.
