WEST Devon Community and Voluntary Services has a range of exciting volunteering opportunities lined up this spring.

The West Devon Volunteer Centre sets up volunteering opportunities across the area, and the spring line-up is as varied as ever.

Community Lynx CIC, a non profit organisation that provides support for families, individuals and young people in the Okehampton Learning Community, is looking for volunteers to help with the administrative side of their services.

Okehampton and District Community Transport Group is looking for drivers, particularly those based in the town to carry out trips for local appointments and longer distance journeys, such as trips to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, or Derriford Hospital. The group runs a ring and ride bus service, and a community car service.

West Devon Rovers is a new group looking for people to help marshall and steward events in the West Devon area.
