FAIRPLACE Church in Okehampton will celebrate the harvest festival with a weekend of events.

On Saturday the church will be open from 10am to 4pm for everyone to view the autumnal decorations and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. The following day on Sunday, September 18 at 10.30am there will be a family service led by the Rev Meg Slingo. At 6.30pm there will be a special songs of praise for the harvest, and a united service with all the churches of Okehampton, with seasonal hymns, music and readings. Everyone is invited to attend.

On Monday September 19, the church holds its harvest supper and produce sale. Tickets available from Fairplace Church shop in the Arcade.
