FARMS for City Children are offering readers the chance to win free tickets to watch a timeless theatre production under the stars this month.
Cornwall-based theatre company, Miracle, will be performing the classic production of Tartuffe by Moliere, in the grounds of Nethercott House in Iddesleigh.
Chief executive of Farms for City Children Helen Chaloner said it was wonderful to be welcoming one of the west country's most exciting travelling theatre companies to Nethercott Farm for the first time.
She said: 'We have a loyal following for our summer outdoor theatre and we hope that they will be bowled over by the fun and mischief of Moliere's Tartuffe.'
To win two free tickets, readers have to answer the following question: In what year did Farms for City Children open its first farm, Nethercott House in Iddesleigh?
The closing date for the competition will be Wednesday, July 15. Usual competition rules apply, the editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Answers should be written on a postcard and sent to the Okehampton Times, 8 East Street, EX20 1AS.
The production will be held on Saturday, July 18 at 7pm.
Doors will open and supper will be served at 5.30pm — guests are advised to book in advance.
Tickets for the production cost £10 each and for the summer garden supper the cost is £10 per head. Guests are welcome to bring their own picnic, warm clothes and cushions or chairs.
