A LOVELY specimen of a brown trout weighing 12lb 11oz was caught at Tavistock Trout Fishery last week by Simon Jeffrey from Yelverton. Simon used a damsel fly from the Osprey lake.  The fishery record for the largest brown trout stands at 16lbs but fishery owner Abigail Underhill is confident that soon this brown trout record will be smashed!
