ON Saturday at Okehampton Golf Club an Individual Medal competition was held for the Stanley Bridges Salver.

The winner of division one and the salver with an amazing gross 64 nett 60 was Ian Moore. In second place was Evan Rees with nett 65, Lee Carey was third with nett 66 and Andrew Parry was fourth with nett 67.

Division two was won by Graham Moysey with nett 65, Simon James was second with nett 67 while Andrew Sinclair took third after count back with nett 69 from in fourth Bryan Evans.

Pete Grant was the winner of division three with an excellent nett 63, Tim Butler was second with nett 65, Sam Evans was third with nett 68 winning on the back nine placing Toby Gostling in fourth also with nett 68.

On Sunday a mixed foursomes competition with drawn partners for the prestigious Dora Milner Trophy was held and the overall winners with nett 64.5 were Maureen Willcocks and David Williams. In second place were Richard Johnson and Lin Atkinson with nett 66.5 and Paul Ezard & Marcia Collett were third with nett 68.
