ON April Fools’ Day at Okehampton Golf Club a three ball two to count Stableford competition was played.

The winners of division one with 84 points were brothers Matthew and Lewis Parry alongside dad Andy.

In second place were Phil Atherton, Kevin Perryman and Gareth Holt with 80pts and in third were Eric Pengelly, Chris Hurley and Adam Cook with 79pts.

Division two was won by Mike Hern, Keith Lee and Paul Ayris with 76pts after countback on the back nine placing Rod Milsom-Smith, Vic Marks and James Williams in second. Pete Okopski, Chris Ball and Martin O’Connor took third place with 75pts.

Phil Burley, Rod Jones and Rod Milsom-Smith won the latest Seniors’ competition scoring 73 points in a three ball Stableford ‘waltz’, 1,2,3, to count on successive holes. John Leonard, Mick MacDonald and Nick Atkinson were second on 71 pts.
