BLUE skies, sunshine and daffodils were the perfect setting on Saturday for Okehampton Golf Club’s Four Ball Better Ball Stableford competition.

Division one was won by Malcolm Hooper and Rob Green with 45 points and second were Gary Carey and Alan Searle with 44 pts after count back from, in third, Martin O’Connor and Kevin Cornwall.

The winners of division two were Pete Okopski and Chris Ball with 42pts; Paul Fewings and Keith Lee were second with 41 pts on the back nine placing, Ted Boswell and Ray Stevens in third, also with 41pts.
