ORGANISERS of the Okehampton adult indoor cricket league 2013 are looking for teams to join this entertaining form of cricket.

Stuart Lord, for Active Villages and OCRA who are behind the tournament, said: 'Indoor six-a-side cricket is a fast and exciting game that gets all players involved.'

'It's a great game to sharpen up skills before the season begins.'

Six teams took part last year — Okehampton, Hatherleigh, Lewdown, Bridestowe, Belstone and Chagford — which saw Hatherleigh emerge as the champions.

Cost will be £16 a team per game and teams will need to provide somebody who can umpire and score. Players, who must be aged 15 and above — can only play for one team.
