TWO prohibited knives, pictured, were voluntarily handed over to Okehampton police officers on Thursday night last week.
Police attended an Okehampton address after a report from UK Border Force, part of the Home Office, which had intercepted a parcel containing prohibited knives destined for the address.
A butterfly knife and a flick knife were handed over to the police.
‘This a great example of how your agencies are working together to make life safer,’ said PC Nathan Walker.
