Emily Hooper from Okehampton was the winner of the competition run by the Okehampton Times to design a front cover for the Edwardian supplement which comes out with the November 29 edition. Not only will Emily’s design appear in print. She has also received a £25 voucher to spend at The Toy Shop in Okehampton.
