FOLLOWING another successful event in June this year, Teignton Fayre committee has distributed the money raised at the event.

A presentation evening held at the Fingle Bridge Inn, Drewsteignton last Thursday saw cheques presented to: HeartSWell Southwest £1,000, Drewsteignton Village Hall £800, Whiddon Down Village Hall £300, Drewsteignton Youth Group £195, Riding for the Disabled £175, Drewsteignton Playing Fields £200.

Thanks were expressed to all the sponsors, helpers on the day and all who attended on the evening. The committee looks forward to seeing people next Easter at the annual duck race at Fingle Bridge and on June 4 at the fayre.
