THIS first division match was fast paced from the first whistle. With Beth Pengelly injured Speedwells had bought in Debbie Squirrel whose shooting looked solid from the start and there was only one goal in it after the first quarter.
With goals flying in both ends Falcons increased their lead in the second and third quarters. Falcons worked hard to keep their unbroken record intact but Speedwells gave it all they had but just lost a little bit of pace towards the end of the final quarter. This was a great match and some excellent netball from both teams.
