THE Okehampton Commoners' Association has become the Okehampton Borough and Hamlets Commoners, holdings its first annual meeting since the amalgamation. Discussed at the meeting were disturbance payments from the MOD to commoners associations for those affected by military firing on the common. This payment is then split between all eligible commoners.
