I WOULD like to thank Cllr Robert Sampson for his public apology to myself and my neighbours in the November 18 issue, regarding the problems of the constant missing of Prospect Hill by the recycling crew ever since the new system started. He says it's now resolved.
It happened again on the 17th, and yet again I had to phone West Devon Borough Council to get the recycling collected from our road.
Sorry, Cllr Sampson, it hasn't been resolved, obviously! Do we qualify for a rebate in our council tax after two months of this debacle?
