THE winner of the EX20 Lottery for Tuesday, April 13 was John Jarvis from Okehampton who won £53.

In second place was John Hellier from Okehampton who won £26.50 and in third and fourth place were Sarah and Tom Bell from South Zeal and Carol E Chapman from Okehampton, who both won £6.63.
