OKEHAMPTON will grace television screens this week as part of popular programme Gordon Ramsay's Great British Nightmares.
The show is part of Mr Ramsay's mission to help independent restaurants improve their businesses.
Mr Ramsay visited Okehampton in December last year where he spoke passionately about the town and its community and urged businesses to pull together and use local produce at an affordable price for both customers and the consumer.
Mr Ramsay, who has a global, multi-million pound restaurant empire and a constellation of Michelin stars under his belt, knows a thing or two about running a successful commercial kitchen.
The programme will see the top chef helping the family-run Martin's Bistro in Red Lion Yard by passing on tips on the best way of managing the business.
Ramsay's Great British Nightmares will be broadcast tomorrow (Friday) at 9pm on Channel 4.
