The Museum of Dartmoor Life in Okehampton is looking for more volunteers as summer approaches and more tourists visit the town.
The museum is particularly interested in fun-loving people who like meeting people and who are interested in history and selling.
The museum is also holding two workshops for children on Tuesday April 14 from 11am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm. Entry is 50p per child and 50p per accompanying adult.
There will be an egg hunt at the museum on Easter Monday from 10.15am to 4pm and all are welcome to attend the days fun activities, with a normal charge of 50p.
The museum is also planning an interactive display in June about the civil war battle between the royalists and the parliamentarians, recalling the 1643 civil war battle.
