RAVENOUS readers have been making sure they get their fill of books in Okehampton . . .
Four young West Devon readers have recently been honoured at Okehampton Library after completing their Gold Book Track badges, a scheme requiring them to read 100 books.
The four are Louise Lawson, Jessica James, Ben Biagio and Alice Newton.
Booktrack is a scheme run for children to encourage and support them in their leisure reading. It is open to all children aged six and over who are developing reading confidence and are happy to talk to library staff about books they have read .
The children have a personal folder and can record the books they have read along the way to achieving their 100 books and their gold badge.
