There are long delays on the A386 this morning (Friday) after a collision.

Police were called to the road near Roborough at around 7.50am after the collision involving two vehicles.

Fire and ambulance were also called to the scene and the road was initially blocked in both directions. One lane has now reopened.

A Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “We were called today at 7.51am to an incident in Roborough. When crews arrived, there was a two-vehicle road traffic collision, no people were trapped so crews made the vehicles safe, and the two people were left in the care of ambulance crews.’”
