EVERYONE is welcome to come along and enjoy a workshop with a difference when the Armchair Puppet Theatre come to Okehampton.

The Space Hop Shadow Puppet Workshop, which is based on the Summer Reading Challenge theme of Space Hop, will offer an introductory shadow puppet performance.

Children will also be able to make their own puppets and learn how to manipulate them, as well as perform four or five shadow puppet shows as scenes from the story to fellow participants and family.

Tickets cost 50p in advance for children aged seven or over and also for their parents or carers. Places are limited.

The event will be held on Wednesday, August 4 from 2pm until 4pm at Okehampton Library.
