AN exciting theatre production will come to Okehampton and Hatherleigh later this month.

Badly Kept Secret Theatre Company, founded by former Okehampton College student Shivani Price, is a young theatre group with members ranging from eleven to 25 years old. The company has been hard at work producing a showcase, showing off its members' talents in drama, music and art.

With elements taken from previous successful performances, contemporary and classic monologues, songs from classic musicals and brand new pieces created especially for the showcase, the event promises a night of great entertainment.

The showcase marks Badly Kept Secret's fifth show, and the seventh directed by Shivani Price. She set up the company towards the end of her A-Levels, and was a follow up company to Little Goats, a company she started aged just 13.

Badly Kept Secret is a non-profit making organisation, and any profit made from these performances will be donated to charity.

The group will perform at Hatherleigh Community Centre on Friday, June 21 and at the Charter Hall on Saturday, June 22.

Both performances start at 7.30pm and tickets cost £4 each, available from the Arts Gallery in Okehampton or by calling Shivani Price on 07800 792959.
