NATURE lovers have the chance to learn about the wonderful world of fungi in Abbeyford Woods.

On Saturday, October 6 Nigel Pinhorn will walk through the woods to talk about its array of fungi. His vast experience leading talks for Devon Nature Walks will ensure an interesting and relaxing stroll.

The walk will pass Douglas fir trees and gold beech trees along the banks of the Okement. It starts at 10.30am and lasts for two hours, costing £8 per person. To book call 01392 211247.
