A man has been charged with attempted murder in Plymouth.
Officers were called at around 12.55pm on Tuesday, October 6 to a property in Durham Avenue, Plymouth.
One man was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Sammy Lee Burton, 48, of New Street, Plymouth, has been charged with attempted murder, possession of a knife in a public place and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Plymouth Magistrates’ Court this morning, Thursday, October 8.
Two men in their 20s and 30s from Plymouth were also arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and an 18-year-old local woman arrested on suspicion of conspiring to cause grievous bodily harm with intent, have all been released on police bail while enquiries continue.
