AN Okehampton Primary School workshop for gifted and talented children will have them investigating the works of significant mathematicians including Fibonacci and Leonardo Da Vinci.

Children will look at maths both in and out of the classroom. They will investigate and develop an in-depth understanding of ratio and proportion, explore number relationships, pattern and sequences, be challenged to solve complex problems involving number sequences and develop problem solving skills when working individually and as part of a group, be awarded a certificate in recognition of their achievement and develop confidence, meet new friends and have a fantastic time.
