Okehampton College’s show jumping team has qualified for a place at the National Schools Equestrian Association (NSEA) Championships which will take place in October.
Horse riders Lydia Arscott, Eloise Garrett, Zara Plaskett and Isa Thomas secured second place for Okehampton College at the recent NSEA show jumping 80cm competition despite competing in the pouring rain.
They will now represent the school at the national championships which will be held in Keysoe this October.
The NSEA provides inter-school competitions for individual riders and teams.
