A Torridge drinking establishment has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

The Old Foundry Venue, a pub, bar or nightclub at Chef Duet, The Old Foundry, 12 Bridge Street, Bideford was given the maximum score after assessment on March 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Torridge's 89 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 76 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
