The Harvest Workers’ Co-op in Okehampton helped make a mini bag garden to promote the work of charity Send a Cow at a recent event at Westpoint near Exeter.
The charity helps people in Africa dig their way out of poverty for good.
‘The mini bag garden was a real eyecatcher,’ said Send a Cow’s Jenny Reynolds, of Bridestowe, who created the mini garden to promote the charity’s ‘twin your garden scheme’, encouraging people to donate to a gardener in Africa.
